Agenda Events is run by Jim Brown, who is likely to be your first point of contact with us. Jim is a qualified vet, having graduated Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from Edinburgh University in 1987. While in practice his special interest was internal medicine, although he became heavily involved with business management, and was latterly a partner in Epona, a three-clinic practice in Inverness. Jim has been working towards an MBA at the University of Strathclyde, at present researching a dissertation on the tensions between process design and marketing orientation in service industries.
