  We can also look after all the necessary travel and accomodation details for your guests. If you decide to ask us to do this for you, we can tailor that service to your needs - for example, you might feel that is appropriate to set up a complete, secure online booking service, which can be a particularly useful feature if you are expecting a large number of delegates,  or promoting your event to a worldwide marketplace.
